Neighbour held for raping four-year-old

New Delhi, May 9 (IANS) A 20-year-old man was arrested Friday for allegedly raping his four-year-old neighbour at his east Delhi home, police said.
The incident took place in the afternoon in Ajit colony of Gandhi Nagar area. The little girl had gone to her neighbour Gulab Rasul's house to watch a television programme when the accused raped her.
The victim returned home and reported the matter to her mother, who informed the police.
The four-year-old was taken to a hospital, where doctors confirmed the rape.
'We have arrested Gulab Rasul, a factory labourer, on rape charges,' a police official said.
