Kochi, April 25 (IANS) Dewa Projects Pvt Ltd, promoted by a group of non-resident Indians in Kuwait, has announced its entry into the real estate sector in Kerala.

Dewa chairman K. Venugopalan Nair told reporters here Friday that Dewa Royale, spread across six acres of premium property at Marine Drive here, will be launched Saturday.

'Dewa Royale will be the first apartment venture in the country which provides a 10-year warranty for the entire complex. The warranty will be applicable for whirlpool bathing systems, electrical installations and a slew of instruments,' said Nair.

Overlooking the vast expanse of Kochi's famed backwater, the complex consists of six towers comprising 400 apartments surrounded by four acres of landscaped garden.

Dewa and its allied companies have substantial real estate holding in Bangalore, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
